 *** Oct 2008 News *** Our latest news is the official launch of our SMT Contract Assembly service. Please see our products page for details. We also have a large number of new products which we will be progressively updating information to the website. Our latest products include canbus J1939 interfaces, industrial radio control equipment, and various dedicated controllers. *** May 2001 News *** Well, 2001 is racing by so quick, that we are nearly half-way through the year already. Work at Tracktronics is progressing very nicely with a vast range of ex-EDMI equipment currently being serviced. We have recently developed an Analogue Controller unit which can generate 0-20mA or 0-10V for controlling devices in many situtaions. With a back-lit LCD screen and membrane push buttons, we think it is quite impressive. In fact, it has already been incorporated into a client's Bitumen trucks to govern the bitumen pump. We are also developing a Christmas Lights controller which can be programmed by any home computer to sequence lights in any fashion you may desire. Once programmed, the controller remembers the required lights sequence indefinitely. That's all for now. Stay tuned. *** January 2001 News *** Well, we apologise for such a lapse in updating our website, but we have been SO busy developing new products that we have failed to find enough time. Our highest priority for our website is the Thoughts / Stories page, which every month we endeavour to update with a revealing story, joke or thought about our society to keep you entertained. For this months news, we are also proud to announce that we are now the exclusive service agents for all EDMI Railmaster equipment. We are also negotiating with EDMI for the exclusive selling rights to this equipment. If you have any enquiries regarding EDMI equipment, then feel free to contact us. *** August 98 News *** Look! We have updated our logo. We have added a third party freeware program to our free software page. This simple program can convert between a vast array of units of measurement (eg. distance, temperature, area, time) Hopefully, we will be able to add some of own free utilities to this page once we can find the time to develop them. Also, watch out in coming months for a revamp of our web site. New graphics, an index for the Thoughts / Stories page, a visitor guest book are some of the many features which should be coming soon. *** July 98 News *** Results from our market review has concluded that Tracktronics Australia will continue to develop as a contract electronics designer, in addition to developing our own range of railways telemetry equipment. Windows 95/98/NT software development will be available, but will not be a major focus of the company. *** June 98 News *** Moved to our new website, www.tracktronics.com.au. We are also conducting an internal review to decide which market directions the company will focus on for the future. We will keep you informed of the outcomes. *** May 98 News *** Started preliminary development of a number of Fibre Optic / RS232 / RS485 network communications products. Current contract design development includes an EFTPOS un-attended transaction system, and a communications product utilising the Modicon MODBUS protocol. *** April 98 News *** We are working on compiling material to showcase the Burpengary Riding for Disabled Association.
